System Engineer ICT (Network & Voice Support)

Description

You support and manage complex converged (Data/Voice/Video) corporate networks - with state-of-the-art technology- for our customers.

You support various end users and this as a member of an experienced support team. You will be responsible for the support of network, voice, management processes, incident-, problem- and change management.

A service-oriented approach is essential. Both proactive and reactive maintenance are part of the job. This is linked to the capacity-, performance- and service level management aspects of the job.

Your profile

You have:

• Knowledge of structured network management
• A bachelor's or master's degree
• The ability to translate the customer's problems in a technical solution that meets the customer's needs
• Knowledge of project methodologies is a plus
• A solid background in network technology and network protocols (CCNA and/or other CISCO certification is a plus)
• KNowledge of both LAN and voice techniques
• Knowledge of Cisco technologies (Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Unity Connection, Cisco Contact Center Express, …)
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies is a plus (Windows, IIS Server, ESA server, TMG server, CA Server,…)
• An analytical mind and experience to solve a problem in a structured manner
